Delivery and returns
- When we post it
- Every order leaves us in 1-2 working days. You get the tracking number by WhatsApp the moment it does.
- West Malaysia
- Usually 1 to 3 working days after posting. Free once your order passes RM100. Below that we quote the real postage before you pay.
- Sabah and Sarawak
- Usually 3 to 7 working days. Postage depends on weight, so we quote it on WhatsApp first. We never add a charge after you have paid.
- Exchanges
- 7 days from the day it arrives, on unworn, unwashed pieces with the tag still on. Tell us the colour you want instead. Return postage is yours, ours to send the swap.
How you pay
There is no card checkout yet. You send us the order on WhatsApp, we reply with the total including postage, and you pay by bank transfer or e-wallet. We only post once the payment shows up, and we send you a receipt either way.

Is this real bamboo, or bamboo viscose?
Bamboo viscose, blended with cotton. The bamboo is broken down chemically and spun back into fibre, which is what makes it soft. Anyone selling a soft "100% bamboo" shawl is almost certainly selling the same thing under a shorter name.
Does bamboo fabric kill bacteria or stop smells?
No, and we will not say it does. Raw bamboo has some antibacterial behaviour, but it does not survive the process that turns it into soft cloth. What you do get is a fibre that takes up moisture well, so it feels drier for longer.
Is it see-through?
About 7 out of 10 on opacity. The pale shades need nothing underneath in normal daylight. In strong backlight, or with Warm Ivory over dark hair, an inner helps.
Will the colour fade?
Not if you keep it out of direct sun to dry. Hang it in the shade. Sunlight is what pulls colour out of a dyed viscose blend, not the washing.
How do I wash it?
Cold hand wash, or a gentle machine cycle inside a laundry bag. No bleach, no tumble dryer. It dries fast and does not need ironing.
How long does delivery take?
We post from Malaysia in 1-2 working days and send you the tracking number the moment it leaves. West Malaysia is usually another 1 to 3 working days. East Malaysia takes longer and is quoted before you pay.
What does postage cost?
Free across West Malaysia once your order passes RM100. Below that, and for Sabah and Sarawak, we quote the real postage on WhatsApp before you transfer anything.
Can I exchange it?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Message us and tell us the colour you want instead. We do not charge a restocking fee.
How do I pay if there is no checkout button?
You message us on WhatsApp and we confirm the total with postage, then send bank transfer or e-wallet details. We are a new shop and we would rather take orders by hand than run a card gateway we have not tested.
