Every price on this site is in Malaysian Ringgit and includes any tax we are required to charge. Postage is not included in the item price.

There is no card checkout yet. You send the order on WhatsApp, we reply with the full total including postage, and you pay by bank transfer or e-wallet. Nothing is charged to you automatically, and we never ask for a card number over chat.

We only post an order after the payment has cleared. If we cannot fulfil it we refund you in full to the same account, within 7 working days.

We pack and post in 1-2 working days. West Malaysia normally arrives 1 to 3 working days after that; Sabah and Sarawak normally 3 to 7.

Delivery is free across West Malaysia on orders over RM100. Under that, and for East Malaysia, we quote the exact postage before you pay. We never add a charge afterwards.

Once the parcel is with the courier the delivery date is theirs, not ours. If it is lost we chase the claim for you.

You have 7 days from delivery to ask for an exchange, on pieces that are unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Return postage is yours; we pay to send the replacement.

If the piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover postage both ways and you choose between a replacement and a full refund.

You can cancel any order at no cost until we have posted it. Message us and we refund in full.

Our shawl is a blend of cotton and viscose regenerated from bamboo. We describe it that way everywhere rather than as "bamboo", because the two are not the same material.

We make no claim that this fabric is antibacterial, anti-odour, hypoallergenic, UV-protective or biodegradable. Those properties belong to raw bamboo and do not survive the process that turns it into soft cloth.

Screens show colour differently. If you are matching an exact tone, message us first and we will describe it honestly.

We collect only what we need to send you an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and, if you give it, your email.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone except the courier carrying your parcel.

If you join the mailing list you can leave it at any time using the link in any email, or by messaging us. We delete the address when you do.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within 30 days.

Message us first. We would rather fix it directly than have you out of pocket.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and nothing in them takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
